Pre-Shoot Consultation
We provide a School Prep Guide, discuss safeguarding needs, and help identify which students have correct consent using our standard templates.
Shoot Day
Our team efficiently executes the main capture process (typically requiring an empty school). We then schedule specific times to capture the interactive 360 photos featuring only the relevant students who have explicit parent permission.
Post-Production
We stitch the panoramas, securely embed interactive videos and elements, and build the navigation layer using 3DVista.
Review & Delivery
The tour is uploaded to a secure draft server for Headteacher/DPO sign-off. Once approved, we provide the final files or the secure HTTPS embed code for your website.
