Overview

Our school is working with AtTech 360 Tours to create an interactive, 360-degree virtual tour of our learning environment. This tour will be embedded on the school’s official website to allow prospective parents and students to safely explore our facilities online.

To make this tour an authentic reflection of our vibrant school community, we wish to feature students engaged in active learning. We are seeking your explicit consent for your child to be included in this project.

How Your Child May Be Featured

We operate a strict Dual-Layer Consent Model so you can choose exactly how your child participates:

Layer 1: Background / Ambient Inclusion

Your child may be visible in the background of 360-degree panoramic photos of classrooms, halls, or playgrounds.

• They will be engaged in normal activities.
• They will not be the focal point of the image.
• Their name will not be displayed or recorded.

Layer 2: Interactive Multimedia Hotspots (Close-up / Audio)

In our "Gold" and "Platinum" tours, we embed interactive hotspots. If you grant this level of consent, your child may:

• Be featured in a short video clip explaining their work.
• Have a screen-recording of their iPad/tablet work embedded in the tour.
• Provide a voiceover explaining a specific area of the school.
• First names may be used verbally, but surnames will strictly be excluded.

Data Protection & Security (UK GDPR)

• Data Processor: AtTech 360 Tours acts as the Data Processor under instruction from the school (the Data Controller).
• Security: All footage is transferred securely via encrypted protocols (SFTP) and hosted entirely on highly secure UK-based servers. The data will never leave the UK.
• Right to Withdraw: You have the absolute right to withdraw your consent at any time without detriment. If you withdraw consent after publication, the school will instruct AtTech 360 Tours to apply a digital blur over your child or remove the specific video asset. This will be actioned within 48 working hours.
• Retention: The imagery will be retained on the virtual tour for the duration of its lifecycle on the school website (typically 1 to 3 years), after which it will be permanently deleted.
